[1.31.0.35] Antwerp Buildings #3972

Nobody ever checked the new antwerp buildings? While doing some sigthseeing I found those two (or better four) buildings:

Now you saw some glitches, but you ask me, why I'm saying that there are four? Look at the map:

I checked the map and found something else more in the north:

In the last two, look especially at the sidewalk.

Several of these are map errors but there's 3 worth fixing.
