Tracer smoke toggle removed?

In the latest beta (0.38) it seems like the tracer smoke enable/disable option has been removed, or at least I can't find it... if it's been taken out for some reason, could we get it back? Personally I really dislike the way tracer smoke is done in all flight sims and much prefer to play with it off.
