AAA - Anti-Aircraft Artillery

AB - Army Base

AFAB - Airfield Army Base

AHC - Allied High Command

AF - Airfield

AO - Attack Order

AQ - Air Quake, ie heavy enemy bombing

ArFr - Armee de France (French Army)

ATG - Anti-Tank Gun

ATR - Anti-Tank Rifle

BEF - British Expeditionary Force

CAP - Close Air Patrol, fighter patrol

BARCAP - Barrier CAP, ie fighter patrol creating a barrier eg ingress route from enemy AF

CAS - Close Air Support, Air to Ground bombing/strafing

CC - Copy Check, or "okay"

CP - Choke or Control Point, typically refers to the Capture Buildings

FRU - Forward Resupply Unit, the crate spawn points

dFRU - Defensive FRU created from a defensive mission rather than offensive

eFRU - Enemy FRU

FUBAR - F***** Up Beyond All Recognition

FAF/AdA - French Air Force

GHC/OKW - German High Command

Heer - German Army

KM - Kriegsmarine, German Navy

LW - Luftwaffe, German Air Force

LMG - Light Machine Gunner

eLMG - enemy LMG

MarNat - Marine Nationale (French Navy)

MSP - Mobile Spawn Point, see FRU

OCS - Officer Candidate School, aka HC training program

OiC - Officer in Charge

Pz - Panzer, Axis tank

RAF - Royal Air Force

RDP - Research and Development Plants. May refer to Factory bombing or the way in which the equipment tiers progress (bombing used to slow the tier rate but does not currently)

RN - Royal Navy

RR - Railway Station

The glossary has brigade wrong.  Brigade has always been abbreviated "BDE."  "Brig" is shorthand for a Brigadier General.

Depot, Dock, City Office, AB/AF bunker, Factory Office.

That’s what the the wiki says but the reality is that every player refers to a capture building as a CP

SNAFU - Situation Normal All Fouled Up - EG. "this attack is snafu'd."

FUBAR - Fouled Up Beyond All Repair EG. V1.26 "Vietnam" patch has FUBAR'd the armour game."
