  • If you have information on a bug even if you think it is new please search this area first and add to the existing post if you have more information before making a new post.
  • If you are sure you have a NEW bug please post it in a new post with a descriptive title.
  • In your post please make sure you post screenshots or videos if you are able to and also a FULL and DETAILED description.
  • Include information regarding your operating system (PC / Mac?) and your OS Version in your post, as well as, system specs.[


Any post found to NOT be a bug with steps to reproduce will be moved to the community support area!

Windows Users - You can help us speed up our bug crushing by posting the contents of your systems dxdiag.txt file whenever you're creating a new post. Follow the steps below and then copy and paste the contents of your dxdiag.txt into your post.

To run a DxDiag report follow the steps below:

If you are running Windows 7 or higher, go to your TaskBar.
Click on, "Start Button".
Click on, "Run".
In the pop-up window enter DxDiag and hit ok.
The DirectX Diagnostic Tool pop-up window should appear.
Click on, "Save all information".
"Save As" window should be present.
Click on, "Save" (The file should be saved to your desktop as DxDiag.txt)
Exit the DirectX Diagnostic Tool.
