It was fiambre or toro as CinC in 52 i should have got MVP but they were too busy drinking sangria together..so 100 campaigns later im taking it no questions or voting crap.

Toro was campaign 50 and I was 51.

Dont remember how MV awards went at that time... its not easy anyway to receive any of the MV ones... very hard to earn them, despite you might deserve it.

They are normally voted among the officers and every officer can take part, as you know.

And  they will still be that way.

Now, I dont disagree you shoudl have get more.
