I was going to play today to have a look and my second account (sirrup) seems to have been deleted. I realize it is a welcome back solder thing, but to be 100% honest I really don't want to play without my own tow account.

It looks like it's still there - I can see your play details on our tools.  I'd recommend putting in a trouble ticket at support.playnet.com
