Awards For Mouzon Defense!

Attention to orders, 

During the evening of 8/7/2018, Axis forces launched a heavy, division sized attack on the key French held town of Mouzon. For their actions in the fighting and in recognition of their part in holding the line and liberating the town and causing great harm upon the enemy, the following players are hereby awarded.

Their Citations read, 

With the Axis heavily on attack, the defenders of Mouzon found themselves underequipped and out numbered in a desperate defense to hold the town. Despite they and their comrades best efforts, the bunker was seized by Axis forces. However the defenders rallied forth, and remained committed to the defense of the our lines. Many allied players kept up the fight, and brought much needed and critical FMS to retake the city, and in the midst of the fighting, these players launched a determined assault to recapture the bunker. Despite the odds against them, they achieved their goal, and began the slow reversal of fortune for the Axis attackers. Fresh supply was able to be brought in, and troops continued the fight through to the final victory, achieved with no small parts in the  battle, especially for these players awarded here today, who played a key role in the fighting. 

Keep up the solid work and lets keep moving East. As always, please step up to make sure your fellow players can be recognized for their actions, anyone can submit a citation. For those of you awarded today, my personal thanks, and a thank you from those of in AHC.
