Attention to orders,

The day of 8/20/2018 has been host to some bitter and brutal combat between the Axis and Allies across the front. With the help of commanders and their fellow soldiers, the following soldiers have been recognized as going above and beyond the call of duty in the battles of Luxembourg, Druten, and Gevenmacher.

Army Gallantry

Their citation reads,

In the early hours of 8/20/2018 the allies found themselves in a heated battle over the key city of Luxembourg. ALEXBELT and JACARANDA did distinguish themselves by continuing to lead their peers and spearhead the assaults on enemy strongpoints, aiding in the liberation of the city. In conjunction with their individual heroism, their squad, is here by awarded.

Meritorious Unit Citation

Army Service Order

During the battle of Luxembourg, the leadership of these officers and their ability to motivate and coordinate their peers proved invaluable to the Allied effort to liberate the city. For their outstanding leadership on the field, they have been awarded.

Army Gallantry

After the battle of Luxembourg Allied forces pushed onward towards Germany by attacking the Riverside town of Gervenmacher. During this attack DHAMONT distinguished himself by first capturing the first Allied spawnable of the battle, Not satisfied with this achievement, he did go on to participate in the capture of the second Allied spawnable, before then assisting in the capture of the Army Base allowing for the liberation of the town.

Distinguished Service Cross

In conjunction with,

Defense Ribbon

Their citation reads,

During the prolonged and desperate defense of the Northern town of Druten, two players in their actions did stand apart. No matter how lopsided the supply or desperate the situation theses players led the fight to hold back the Axis hordes and maintain the defense. Though the city did fall, the combat went far above and beyond what any Axis officer may have expected and did cause considerable damage upon the enemy, thus negating his ability to further advance. In recognition for the courage and steadfast defense, their leadership and loyalty, let them be recognized for their actions today.

For all players service today, much thanks, keep driving East and keep sending those recommendations!
