What are the timers for brigde/FB/building auto repair?

And what are the caps for the FB to count as destroyed as I am pretty sure you can destroy an FB with fewer than 100% to at least one of the components (f.e. with the veh at 99% inflicting inf 100% would still take down the FB even though veh is not at 100%).
