Hero account

Ok, so I upped my subscription to the Hero account ($30 per month). I see that I have a first letter capital in my name, and have some of the DLC players to play although not Kommando, but I cannot access the Builders Forum. I also don't have the Hero's ICON in the forum. Am I doing something wrong?

Should be good w forum perms now.  In-game - there may be rank restrictions working, but if you have the required rank and still cannot access a unit please submit a ticket at support.wwiionline so that the team can look into the issue.

Same issue. Sent emails but it's the weekend so maybe Monday the 11th. Also getting 404 on builders beta. Houge out
