HC changes are occurring and getting settled in.  Plus note that the HC Tools ORBAT will not accurately reflect the actual orbat as it currently is.

Is this going to be changed so it displays accurately?

Yes is the answer but it is unlikely that it will be anytime soon.  That's why it is important to work closely with the HC Senior Command as the organizational chart of both HCs will be managed by CRS as needed until the HC Tools ORBAT can accurately reflect the organization.

Realize that both HC structures are going to be much leaner and flatter than previously.  They are still working out their staff positions, etc.

To think, only a couple days ago the author of this thread said this to someone who complained about all fb's at map start being axis: 

 

"Of all the things to worry about in this game..... having no FBs at start of map is not one of them."
