Seems you can no longer see ranks that are higher than yours in mission listing.

So, no longer see 5 stars, or diamond, etc.

I've noticed this for quite a long time.  As in many, many years.

I use to always see higher ranks in mission listing?

What changed?

Now I only see them with tags over head or when they riding my vehicle.
