I have equipment locked in my spawn list. Not sure why. I put in a ticket. Can someone help please.

and what exactly is tow account suppose to have now?

For Builders Tow Accounts Its all Trucks- plus I believe the Commando, NCO, and Ammunition Bearer Infantry Classes.
