I've had 9 sorties today --  yet it says I haven't played since yesterday.

Which site?   http://7thast.net/hcman/okw/index shows you as playing today.

I think it just must be on delay then; for how often updated.

One of these says I'll get in there and update the entry for the campaign.  Good to hear that the 'last played' fields are working as intended, not many use the site.

One odd thing; there is nothing for day 6;  stops at 5 and then goes to 7.

I've only updated through M again.

I had updated everything... but then site got wiped out and all data lost.

That is expected functionality.  At the moment, the page tracks the start of the most recent sortie for the player.  So the only way someone will show up in the '6 days ago' column is if their most recent sortie started 6 days ago.

As for names vanishing - at the moment it's pretty wide open, so it's possible that someone took the names back off after you added them.

I have been updating this almost every day.

Yet, every time; hours later many players are missing from list.

Something is wrong, is there a max limit of players in the list?
