This function didn’t work today after downloading the patch. 

My concern is losing the new recruits we have as I’m assuming that they will be auto-removed after 7 days?

Unless there’s a change I haven’t read somewhere?

In testing the squad tools did work. Can you try promoting using the squad tab?

Just checked and /promote worked ok for me.

I’ll try when next in game. The command /promote didn’t work for me or one of the XO’s.

This problem is still happening intermittently with recruiters and XO’s in our squad. It’s frustrating as we’re trying to onboard new players to encourage they stick around.

If you check the /bug list, you’ll see lots of them with this issue.
