What is with this?
Everything I try to place says too steep.

And it is not, is just fine?

HMS, balloon.... really need this fixed.

 

HAHA, wouldn't you know it.

So I try to setup in a rough, bumpy berm, and it allows me?

But not on flat ground?

Balloon building is a real chore just finding a place too build…..by the time you get a spot you get strafed lol
