Just started - how do i access the 2-week free trial on premium? It does not seem to work. Please help

Anyone know why it's not working for me? I started last week and free trial of premium never activated. I still have only one infantry, one plane, 2 ships and 2 tanks.   How can I subscribe if the premium free trial of 2 weeks never activated???

 

Any help is greatly appreciated.

You can still subscribe; no idea why not get 2 weeks.

Maybe just have to earn rank first?

Depends if they show yellow or red.

We are checking into it.  Have you submitted a support ticket?  It's harder to get service here on the forums.
