@everyone We think we found the problem with our Billing.   We think the dates the issue was from the 24th of June to July 1st  2026
If anyone is having trouble getting a active subscription and has confirment payment please submit a Supply ticket so we can get you fixed.
We have been trying to get the back log of inactive subscriptions but i know we are missing some players. 

Also if you hear of anyone saying they are having trouble please point them to the supply system  S! http://support.wwiionline.com/
