If you are running Windows, please ensure your documents folder is NOT being synchronized to/from OneDrive. The default location for the Documents folder is: C:\ Users\<username>\Documents\WWIIOnline. WWII Online uses that folder to store your game settings, including the keymapper files. OneDrive synchronization has been known to cause issues. Cheers.
