i just updated my video drivers for 8800 Nvidia and the made 4 exe files Vista SP2 compatable . BINGO - ty BLOO

You should no longer need compatibility on the ww2.exe (there is only one). Please undo these changes and retest.

This is a Win Vista and 7 issue. Not an XP issue.

If you're getting it on XP, it is a different bug.

Please post in Community Support (I can't move it for some reason).

Never mind. I'll just close this and we can start a new thread if anyone has the issue in 1.31.
